What happens

Three people sit behind a wooden desk under a crested seal: a man with reddish hair and a green jacket, a smiling man in a purple suit holding a gavel, and a woman with curly blonde hair in a pink jacket. Sideshow Bob, with his huge mane of spiky red hair, walks toward the chain-link gate of the Springfield Penitentiary, whose sign reads "America's Fastest Growing Prison," then turns to scowl in a close-up. The scene cuts to a theatre marquee reading "Now Playing Ernest Goes Somewhere Cheap," and finally to a yellow hand flicking a purple lighter to light a cigar in front of bookshelves.
