What happens

Two yellow cartoon hands appear, one wearing a blue sleeve, with no identifiable character visible. The scene opens on dark purple clouds drifting across the sky, then cuts to the Springfield State Prison sign with yellow searchlights and barbed wire along the wall. A black panel with five white vertical bars, like a cell window, comes next. Finally, the hands hold up a white paper reading "SEE YOU SOON BART" in red letters, one finger pointing at the name, with a blue bed visible behind it.
