What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt and blue shorts, sits on the arm of the brown couch holding a glass with a straw, then walks to the open front door and reaches up to press the doorbell. Outside, a crowd gathers near a news van with a man on top and a helicopter hovering overhead, and people hold signs reading "JOHN 3:16" and "WE LOVE MICHAEL". Finally, a dark-haired man in a blue suit and tie stands at a podium labeled "MAYOR 'DIAMOND' JOE QUIMBY", first grinning with his hands out, then spreading his arms wide while speaking into the microphone.
