What happens

Troy McClure, a man with swept-back reddish hair, and a bespectacled man with short dark hair, both in orange blazers with numbered badges, sit side by side at a desk in front of a board reading Canadian Football League Draft with Western Division and Eastern Division team lists. McClure talks and gestures with his hands clasped on the desk while the other man listens with a faint smile, and a paper sits on the desk in front of them. The sequence opens on a green title card with a brown football bearing a red maple leaf and the words CFL DRAFT, then cuts to the two men at the desk.
