What happens

Itchy, the blue mouse, types at a typewriter under the title card for Itchy & Scratchy in "O Solo Meow", while Scratchy, the black cat, sits at a candlelit table with a fork and knife. Scratchy then faces a plate of spaghetti covered by a black dome, lifts the dome and eats, with strands of spaghetti hanging from his mouth, before chewing with a wide-eyed, tongue-out expression as a white-gloved hand rises from the bottom edge of the scene.
