What happens

Itchy, a blue mouse, and Scratchy, a black cat, first appear on a title card for The Itchy & Scratchy Show, then the card reads "Itchy & Scratchy in 'My Dinner With Itchy'" while Scratchy chases Itchy with a knife and fork. The scene moves to a red booth at a restaurant table, where Scratchy in a yellow jacket and blue tie sits across from Itchy in a yellow jacket, who pours green liquid from a napkin-wrapped bottle into a glass, then raises a pale green drink while Scratchy lifts a pink-stemmed glass. Cheese and salad sit on plates, and a bottle chills in a wine bucket beside the table.
