What happens

Bart Simpson, in a white karate gi, spreads his arms and talks at a dojo beside an orange-haired boy with glasses, while a thin, black-haired instructor in a white gi with a black belt stands before a wall of hanging gis with his palms pressed together. As the scene goes on, a curly-haired boy in a gi looks on and the instructor keeps his hands folded and smirks, and Bart turns to face them with his hands out. Later, a scowling Bart, in a brown jacket, gestures beside a bonsai tree in a blue pot near purple-framed windows and a hanging banner with Japanese characters reading ネオ東京を.
