What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, and Homer, bald with stubble and a white shirt, stand outdoors near a purple house and a dark hedge. Homer leans in toward a dark grey object on the right, touching it with one hand, while Ned puffs a cloud of smoke and gestures with his open hand. Ned then holds up a green bill marked 20 next to Homer's head, and Homer turns to look at it with his mouth open. A small hooked white tuft of hair sits on Homer's head, and the sky is blue.
