What happens

Ned Flanders, with a moustache, glasses and a green sweater, stands at left facing Homer, a bald, heavyset man in a smudged white chef's hat, red shorts and brown-smeared skin, who holds a can while his arms are crossed atop a brick chimney beside a billowing black smoke cloud. Ned looks up at him, then appears in a close-up on a green lawn in front of a wooden fence, talking with his mouth open, while Homer shifts from a smirk to a grin and speaks. Behind them are suburban houses, trees, purple hills and a blue sky, and a chunk of charred meat drifts out of the smoke.
