What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, first peeks over a counter stacked with papers, tongue out, before he leaves Springfield Elementary School in the first image sequence. Later he skateboards along a sidewalk in heavy rain past Joe's storefront and a Cleaners shop with a parked black car, as a flag flies on a pole near the school. In the final moment, he is shown with his head tilted and eyes shut as a wet, sheet-like white mass of rain-soaked material spreads across the view, with the partial sign 'FIELD SCHOOL' visible behind him. The scene is set on a rainy day outside the Springfield Elementary School building, with its orange facade and 'Springfield Elementary School' sign.
