What happens

Bart Simpson, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands at the chalkboard of Springfield Elementary School, where the board reads "I AM NOT A LICENSED HAIRSTYLIST" in repeated rows. He scribbles and gestures with chalk, then scrunches his face and kicks up a leg. He leaves through a classroom window, drops onto a green skateboard, and rides it past the school's front entrance and along a curving sidewalk lined with bushes and trees, with the school's sign and doors visible as the scene opens.
