Bart Simpson stands in a classroom at Springfield Elementary School, writing lines on a chalkboard that read "I do not have diplomatic immunity"…

What happens

Bart Simpson, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands in a classroom at Springfield Elementary School, writing lines on a chalkboard that read "I do not have diplomatic immunity" over and over. He scribbles, then turns to the chalk tray and leaves the room, and the scene moves outside to the school's exterior, where Bart rides a green skateboard along a sidewalk past the building and bushes. Notable details include the chalkboard text, the school sign reading "Springfield Elementary School" above the front doors, and a red wastebasket and wall clock in the classroom.
