What happens

Marge Simpson, with her tall blue beehive and orange bead necklace, holds a fanned stack of hundred-dollar bills and speaks, then turns a sideways, scowling look while Bart in his orange shirt watches from the cellar stairs beside paint cans, a ladder and cardboard boxes. The scene then cuts to a dim bar where Bart stands among several unnamed men in dark suits, one holding a drink and another smoking, with a martini glass and ashtray on the counter. It ends on a yellow title card reading "Itchy & Scratchy in 'The Sounds of Silencers'," showing Scratchy the black cat chasing Itchy the blue mouse, with Scratchy swinging an axe.
