What happens

A small blue mouse in a blue cap stands at the lower left of a purple floor against an orange brick wall, facing a row of animated animal gangsters in suits: a pink-suited dog in a pink fedora on the far left, a brown bear in a purple suit, a white-haired cat in an orange coat, a green cat with a bow tie, a dark blue cat in a striped shirt, a grey wolf in a green jacket, and a brown cat in a light blue coat and hat. As the moment unfolds, the mouse lifts a black pistol from his side, raises it, and extends it toward the row, while the gangsters remain standing in place with no visible movement.
