What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and red glasses in a pink shirt, stands on the left beside Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt and blue shorts, who is arms-behind-back at first and then turns angry, pointing with a finger. On the right, a blue-haired man in a yellow jacket and green pants, who is Smithers-like only in being thin, is not a regular, so he is described as a blue-haired man in a yellow jacket, standing beside a brown-haired man in a pink shirt with a grin who leans in toward the group. Set on a grassy lot by a chain-link fence and a tree. Bart goes from calm and staring to scowling and gesturing with a pointing finger, then gesturing with open palms as he talks, while the others watch and the brown-haired man grins and smirks.
