What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, stands on the left in an outdoor setting with pine trees, a rock formation, and a pond, looking up and to the side with his mouth open. Milhouse, with blue hair, red-framed glasses and a pink shirt, stands beside him and then talks with an open mouth, gesturing with one hand and then looking to the side. In the later frames Milhouse pauses with closed lips, his hand held out, then tilts his head as if reacting, with his mouth opening slightly again, while Bart is out of view. The background of trees, a rock, and water stays the same throughout.
