Milhouse and Bart stand facing each other in a grassy park with trees, bushes and purple hills

What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and red-framed glasses in a pink shirt and red pants, and Bart, with spiky hair in an orange shirt, stand facing each other in a grassy park with trees, bushes and purple hills. Behind them, Marge with her tall blue beehive, Homer in a white shirt, an elderly grey-haired man and a woman with long curly black hair, a cap and headphones clap their hands while a brown-and-white collie leaps over a bush in the first moment. Milhouse holds up a small brown-and-white object as he and Bart talk, and a blue bucket sits on the grass.
