What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt and blue shorts, walks a brown-and-white dog on a leash along a pink-and-teal sidewalk past a theatre entrance with a red carpet and a 'Now Showing' poster of a crashing car. The dog trots beside him and glances sideways, then Bart tugs the leash and keeps moving, with the dog following, until he walks out of frame to the right. Litter lies on the pavement, and a pink pillar with a yellow hat-shaped top stands beside the entrance.
