What happens

Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands on a grey pavement holding a purple leash attached to a brown-and-white collie wearing a red collar with a gold medal. Bart looks up at the dog and then down at the leash in his hand, his expression shifting from wide-eyed and uneasy to a grimace and a sidelong glance. The dog sits calmly beside him, looking off to the side, and the pair remain in place with no other people or on-screen text visible.
