Bart Simpson is outdoors in a grassy clearing ringed by blue-green pine trees and leafy bushes

What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, is outdoors in a grassy clearing ringed by blue-green pine trees and leafy bushes. He stands behind a brown-and-white collie that is digging in the grass, with dirt mounds scattered around it. The dog then stops and Bart steps forward and holds up a small blue card in his hand, looking at it with a wide-eyed, puzzled expression. Rocks and a small shrub sit near the trees under a bright blue sky with white clouds.
