What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt and blue shorts, sits on the grass beside a blue speaker-like box on a post in front of a grey-blue wall, looking downcast with his eyes half closed. He then looks up wide-eyed, placing a hand on his hip, and his mouth opens as if in alarm. Next he stands up, leans toward a tall hedge with a dark green bush and purple night sky behind it, and reaches out with a hand, grinning and gesturing. Finally he stands at the grey wall, one arm extended and touching it, while glancing upward with a calm smile.
