What happens

Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt and blue shorts, clings to the leg of a large grey elephant beside a purple wooden fence at night, then steps away from it. He crouches and grips the metal cuff and chain fastened around the elephant's ankle, trying to pull it free, while a green skateboard lies on the purple ground nearby.
