What happens

Homer, Bart and Lisa stand near a large grey elephant at the Springfield Arboretum (Tree Place), whose gate sign is shown. Homer is first seen crouched beside the elephant, then pauses with his hand on his chin and eyes turned upward beside a green tree, and later the three of them stand with a man in a blue uniform while the elephant's trunk reaches toward a bare purple tree inside a ringed fenced bed. Lisa and Bart stand on the path and watch, with a cooling tower visible in the distant background.
