What happens

A one-off man in a white fedora and tan trench coat smirks in close-up, then Homer stands with arms crossed between Lisa and Bart in a pink room with a coat rack and teapot, holding a small key. The scene shifts to a backyard at night, where Bart in his orange shirt stands beside a grey elephant chained to a tree, touching its trunk and tusks while it stays still.
