Mr. Burns kneels on a grassy park path in a blue suit and clasps hands with a brown-and-white collie on a leash, which he holds by a paw

What happens

Mr. Burns, a frail, thin old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, kneels on a grassy park path in a blue suit and clasps hands with a brown-and-white collie on a leash, which he holds by a paw. The scene cuts to a close-up of Otto, with long curly black hair, a tan hat and orange headphones, smirking. In the wide view, Otto in a pink shirt and orange cap holds a pink frisbee beside a group: Homer in a white shirt, Bart in an orange shirt, Milhouse with blue hair and glasses, a woman with dark skin and a ponytail, and an elderly man in a cardigan behind them, with the collie and a small tan dog with a red bow at their feet, and pine trees and mountains behind.
