What happens

Bart Simpson, in a blue prison jumpsuit and black headband, sits hunched on a bench against a purple brick wall, holding a dark object, while a uniformed guard with a badge and belt stands at the left edge. A thin-faced man with swept blue hair, wearing a long blue robe over a white shirt and black tie, enters and stands beside the wall, then sits down next to Bart and rests a hand on his shoulder. Bart looks up at him with wide eyes and an open mouth, and the man's expression softens as he leans in, with the wall's sockets and a black cable visible in the cell.
