What happens

Milhouse, in a blue cap, red-framed glasses and a lavender shirt, sits on an orange bench holding a green gift box covered in candy canes and dotted with red ornaments, and he extends it toward Bart, who wears an orange shirt and blue shorts and sits to the right. Bart starts with a wide-eyed, uneasy look, then grins and gestures open-handed toward the box as he speaks. Behind them, the twin sisters Patty and Selma, with grey-violet hair and pink bows, lean over the back of the bench and peer at the boys, and the scene ends with Bart gaping wide-eyed and open-mouthed at a window with blue sky and clouds.
