What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, stands in a dark suit and black tie by a rain-streaked window, and Homer, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt and blue trousers, lies back in a chair at a control console with his hands behind his head and his feet propped on the panel, then closes his eyes and opens them to glance sideways. The control room is dim and red, with glowing dials, a digital readout reading 2 3 6 near his shoes, and a grid of round orange, blue and white indicator lights, and in the final moment Homer looks up toward a red warning lamp mounted on the wall above the grid.
