What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and red-framed glasses, sits at a counter eating a dessert topped with whipped cream while Bart, in an orange shirt and with spiky hair, leans on the counter beside him. Rain streaks the windows behind them, and a blue dispenser sits on the counter. Bart's expression shifts from smug to wide-eyed and then to an angry, open-mouthed scowl as he talks.
