What happens

Homer Simpson, in a light blue shirt, and Marge Simpson, with her tall blue beehive and lavender top, sit side by side in bed against a purple headboard, with a framed portrait of Maggie and Marge on the orange wall behind them. Homer first sits wide-eyed and open-mouthed, then turns to Marge and gestures with his hand, and in the last moment he rests his fingers against his chin with a sheepish, pained look while Marge watches him with raised eyebrows. A blue pacifier-like object is visible near the top of the frame and a purple pillow sits at the left edge.
