What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, hook-nosed old man with grey hair at the sides and a blue suit, and his thin assistant Smithers, in glasses, a brown jacket and a purple bow tie, sit at a table by a window showing hills and a power plant. Burns grins broadly, then narrows his eyes into a scowl, while Smithers looks on with a faint smile and a document lies on the table before them. Between these shots, Homer in a white shirt stands beside a door with a partly visible 'Employee Credit Union' sign, his mouth open as he speaks.
