What happens

Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt, rides a yellow skateboard along a sidewalk with his arms flung out, passing storefronts with a row of television sets showing Krusty the Clown, while Mrs. Krabappel, a woman with a tall brown hairdo in a purple sweater, grabs him and carries him off in a green bag. Earlier, a white smoke cloud drifts over a shop window holding a pink object, and later an orange car drives along a street past a pink building with a Krusty statue and sign. Maggie, the baby with a pacifier and a blue bow, then stares wide-eyed in front of a purple backdrop.
