What happens

Bart Simpson rides a green skateboard through a town street, passing an orange-brick building with an OPEN sign in its window and a pink-skinned figure inside. He later skates along a sidewalk past a BOOKS shop with a woman with a tall orange hairdo peering over his shoulder, then past Moe, the grey-haired bartender in an apron, and Barney, the heavy man with messy brown hair, who grips Bart's shoulders beside a spilled puddle and broken bottles. Bart next rolls past a thin older man in dark sunglasses and a brown suit, with rows of Krusty TVs behind, and then Chief Wiggum swings a baton at him on the street. Bart keeps skating, and an orange car then drives along a winding road past a purple tree and orange-roofed houses, while a stop sign sits at the edge of the scene.
