What happens

Bart Simpson rides a green skateboard down a city street lined with brick buildings, first leaping into the air and then gliding past a bookstore where a woman with orange curly hair and a purple shirt hovers behind him. Next he rolls past Moe, the grey-haired bartender in a blue apron, and Barney, the heavy drunk with messy brown hair, outside a red door with bottles and a spilled puddle on the sidewalk. He then passes a saxophone-playing man in a brown suit and sunglasses in front of a wall of Krusty the Clown televisions, and continues on as Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief, raises his baton from the left. Bart keeps skating down the road toward a pink building with a 'Scratchy' sign and a statue, and a red orange car speeds past. Finally, the orange car drives along a winding road past a purple tree and a farmhouse on a hill, before shrinking into the distance across a blue sky.
