What happens

Bart Simpson rides a green skateboard down a city street lined with brick buildings, a bookstore and a Kwik-E-Mart-style storefront, while a pink car pulls past in the first moment. Bart jumps on his board, then rolls past a bookstore where a woman with orange hair and a bag stands behind him, and later past a bald, heavy bartender in a white apron and a heavy drunk with messy brown hair who grips Bart's shoulders outside a bar with bottles and a spilled puddle. Bart keeps skating past a sax-playing man in sunglasses and sandals in front of a wall of Krusty TVs, and then Chief Wiggum swings a baton at him as he rides by a statue. Bart rides away, and an orange car drives down a winding road past a purple tree and then a lone orange car sits on the bottom edge of a wide blue sky with a tree at left.
