What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, stands at the right of a crowd gathered around a wooden crate in a cluttered garage, with Milhouse in blue hair and red glasses leaning over the crate in the foreground. Beside them are a heavy man in a white shirt with his eyes shut, an older man with grey hair at the sides, and a curly-haired man in a striped shirt, while Lisa in her red dress and Maggie with her blue bow stand at the left near the open garage doorway in the earlier frames. Bart leans toward the crate and then raises one hand and gestures as he talks, while a wheel and a dark case sit in the crate and the group turns its attention to him.
