What happens

Homer, in a green cardigan, and Bart, in an orange shirt, stand in a basement workshop with stairs, cardboard boxes and shelves of binders. Homer raises a finger while Bart looks on, then Bart turns to a wooden workbench with an open drawer and spreads one arm, and Homer later holds up an open book. The scene ends on an exterior view of the Simpsons' house at night, with a pink car driving past and the garage light glowing.
