Homer Simpson and Bart Simpson are in a cluttered garage workshop with a workbench, cardboard boxes, a green stroller, and a coiled green hose

What happens

Homer Simpson, bald and heavy in a white shirt printed with TEAM and blue pants, and Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange-collared white shirt, are in a cluttered garage workshop with a workbench, cardboard boxes, a green stroller, and a coiled green hose. Homer pushes or leans over a cardboard box, then turns to point at a blueprint on the wall while holding a can of Paint Remover, with a bottle of cola and a pink carton on the counter, and Bart points at the plan. Later Homer, looking worried, leans over a box beside Bart near a purple door with a SOAP poster, then stands outside in front of a brown fence and green hedges.
