What happens

Homer, in a green cardigan over a white shirt, and Bart, in an orange shirt with spiky hair, stand together in a room with a dark blue wall and a partly visible poster reading SOAP and SPRING. Bart looks nervous and grimaces while Homer gestures with open hands, then points and raises a fist as he talks. The scene then cuts to a wooden shelf on nails against a pale wall, holding a pink cup, a blue canister, a white-lidded jar and a green box with an orange stripe.
