What happens

Homer Simpson, wearing a white Team Simpson shirt and blue pants, sits in a cardboard go-kart in a garage while Bart, the spiky-haired boy, stands beside the kart in the opening moment. Homer then grips the steering wheel and rolls the boxy cart forward across the grey floor, eyes wide and mouth open, past a workbench with tools on a pegboard, a wooden staircase, a brown trash can, and a purple cabinet. The kart has the words 'Team Simpson' printed on it and a cassette-like label on its side.
