What happens

A woman with a tall piled-up blonde updo, purple bandeau top and black skirt sits on a red couch with two knitting needles while an unnamed woman with long blonde hair in a blue blouse and black bow tie stands beside Moe, the grey-haired bartender in suspenders. Herb, a brown-haired man in a dark suit who resembles Homer, leans on the wooden bar with a grin and a typed document, and the crowd behind him includes a blue-haired woman with red lips. Herb grins, then waves a hand dismissively while Moe scowls and holds the paper, marked with a signature line at the bottom, and the blonde woman reads it with a stern look. The scene is set in a dim bar with a 'BAR' sign and rows of bottles and glasses behind the counter.
