What happens

Patty and Selma, Marge's twin sisters with grey-violet hair, sit side by side on a purple couch in a dim living room, Patty on the left with arms crossed and a cigarette in her mouth and Selma in the middle holding a can. Homer, a bald heavy man in a white shirt and blue pants, sits beside them at first, then gets up and walks away toward an archway with a yellow curtain, and in the kitchen he reaches up to an open cabinet and takes down a dark bottle. He then pours a purple liquid from a bottle into a blender half-filled with brown liquid, while holding a bottle labeled Creme de Menthe in his other hand. A projector sits on a small table in front of the couch throughout, and the kitchen contains a green refrigerator with a heart magnet and a small framed drawing of a house on its door.
