What happens

Homer Simpson, the bald, heavy man with stubble in a white shirt, stands at a counter in a purple-walled room and holds up a bottle of Krusty's Non-Narkotik Kough Syrup labeled 'For Kids' with a clown image. He then reaches toward a blue pitcher with a lid, and next pours the purple liquid from the pitcher into a glass, then lifts the glass and sips it, his lips stained purple. Finally he raises a hand to his forehead and rubs his eye while looking bewildered, with an ashtray and a cup visible on the bar counter.
