What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, stands in a purple suit and lavender shoes at a bar, facing Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt and blue shorts, who stands in front of him. Homer, bald and heavy with stubble in a white shirt, and Smithers, the thin assistant with glasses and a bow tie, stand nearby while a bald man with a long face looks on at the left edge. Burns raises a finger to his mouth and then bends and lowers his head with a sly grin, while Smithers talks and Bart watches with a wary, tight-lipped look. Behind the counter, Moe, the grey-haired bartender, leans forward and laughs with his eyes shut, cheeks wide, and a hand raised in the final moment. Other people crowd the bar: a man in a green cap with glasses and a woman with big hair on the left, and a tall man with a bulky, dark-haired build in a green sweater. The bar has a sign reading "MUST BE OVER" and a row of glasses and bottles, including a blue bottle labelled with a white label.
