What happens

Smithers, the thin assistant with glasses and a purple bow tie, stands holding a clipboard beside Mr. Burns, the frail hook-nosed old man with grey hair at the sides, who sits at a red table scowling. Burns leans forward, opens his mouth to speak, and raises one finger to his temple while Smithers keeps smiling and holding the clipboard. The table holds alphabet blocks, a rubber duck, a ladybug toy, a crayon box and a toy dog, with a green chalkboard showing ABC and numbers behind them.
