Bart Simpson rides a green skateboard down a grassy slope with his arms raised, a dark-windowed building behind him

What happens

Bart Simpson, in an orange shirt and blue shorts, rides a green skateboard down a grassy slope with his arms raised, a dark-windowed building behind him. At a counter under a CAUTION sign, Homer in a yellow radiation suit and helmet visor holds an orange hose with a glowing green light, then turns to hand over a blueprint while Mr. Burns and Smithers watch. Marge, with her tall blue beehive and orange beads, reads a copy of Mom Monthly with Frosted Krusty Flakes on its cover, and Maggie, in her blue bow with a pacifier, stands at a counter beside a grey-aproned shopkeeper and a cash register.
