About the episode
Bart's tenth birthday brings him a Superstar Celebrity Microphone, which he uses to fake cries for help from a radio lowered into a well, posing as a trapped orphan called Timmy O'Toole. Springfield rallies, and Krusty records a benefit song with Sting. When Bart climbs in to recover the radio, he gets stuck for real, and the resentful town refuses to help until Homer starts digging.
