What happens

Kent Brockman, the grey-haired news anchor in a red jacket and purple tie, speaks into a microphone on a grassy lawn in front of a yellow food truck stocked with pastries, while a woman with purple hair and a skull shirt stands behind him and a police officer leans over the truck's counter. He grimaces with wide eyes and then keeps talking as the scene shifts to a row of police officers in blue uniforms standing beside the yellow vehicle. Chief Wiggum, the heavyset police chief, stands at the front of the line facing them, and one officer holds a pastry near the truck as the group stands in the grass with trees behind them.
