What happens

Bart Simpson, in his orange shirt and blue shorts, stands at the left edge of a small stage watching a puppet-style act: a pink figure in green pants, a green moose-antlered performer in a blue jacket and striped hat, and a green alien drummer with blue hair, while a girl in a yellow dress with a pink bow and other onlookers watch from the foreground. The performers keep playing as a flash of yellow fire bursts near the center of the stage and the moose-antlered performer's arms spread wide. White puffs of smoke then billow across the stage as a purple horse-faced figure with a green body steps forward holding a red object, and the other performers are partly hidden in the haze.
