What happens

Itchy, a blue mouse, and Scratchy, a black cat, appear in the cartoon Itchy & Scratchy in "Cat Splat Fever", beginning with a title card showing Scratchy running after Itchy, who carries a bucket, while Scratchy brandishes a red-handled axe. Scratchy then sits on and stands by the green beds labeled Scratchy and Itchy in a purple bedroom, reading a paper, before his spiky black silhouette fills a window looking out at Itchy hopping beside a pink brick well in a backyard with a white picket fence and a tree. Itchy then disappears, leaving only the empty well in the yard.
